O meni
Chris, a native of Ocean City, NJ, enlisted in the Navy in June, 1989 as a Radioman, and served 21 years active duty. During this time, he served at various duty stations to include precommissioning the USS SIROCCO (PC-6), and making the first-ever deployment and Trans-Atlantic crossing. He was selected as Submarine Forces Atlantic Shore Sailor of the Year finalist. He attained the rank of Information Technology Specialist Chief before being commissioned as a Surface Communications Limited Duty Officer (LDO) in March, 2000. Following this, he moved to San Diego, California and served in a variety of technical and leadership positions on San Diego based ships and shore commands. He actively volunteered with the Armed Forces Communications & Electronic Association (AFCEA) San Diego organization; and United Through Reading program producing over 1600 videos, keeping deployed parents connected with their children. Chris was selected as a 2006 COPERNICUS Award recipient, and as a 2008 National Defense Industry Association (NDIA) A. Bryan Laswell Award recipient for Fleet Support.
Chris has his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland with distinction of Cum Laude. He holds a Defense Aquisition University certification in program management. He certified as an Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Intermediate certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for IT Service Operations. Chris obtained his Real Estate saleperson license in September, 2021.
Chris's father was a Realtor, and Chris has had his own numerous experiences buying and selling real estate. He was mentored over the past fifteen years by two great agents that helped him and his family buy and sell all three of their San Diego homes. This experience, a love for real estate, and helping people is the reason Chris entered into a career in real estate. He knows first hand the complexities in navigating a transaction, and how communication is key to helping clients. He has led customer service organizations for the Navy, providing support for all IT systems developed and deployed on ships, submarines, and shore commands.
Chris is married, recently celebrating 30 years! He has two adult children, and several pets living in their household. He's active in his church, and volunteers in North County inland community such as the Fallbrook Food Bank and Interfaith. Chris has spent time living in San Diego proper, East County, and North County since 2000. He and his family reside in the San Pasqual Valley area. The beautiful moutains, cascading views, and agricultural areas are highlights of why Chris settled here. He enjoys hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, working out, and reading both fiction and non-fiction books.
